For 18 of the past 23 years, Robert Greenberg has been the top selling agent at Harvey Kalles Real Estate Ltd.
In 2007, Robert was ranked number 4 in sales among the city's 28,800 agents.
To give you an idea of just how stellar that achievement is, Greenberg and his team sold more than 100 residential properties last year with a total value of more than $100-million. What is more, his average turn-around time for a home listed on the Multiple Listings System (MLS) is about half the # of days it takes to sell the average home.
Equally impressive is the fact that in about a third of those sales, Greenberg was both the listings and the selling agents. It's not just home buyers beating a path to his door. Greenberg has become the agent of choice for custom builders as well.
"We are absolutely devoted to our clients... On any given weekend, we will have 30 open houses on the go. It is imperative that we understand buyer interest and report back to the client.
"We regularly get five to eight times the traffic at our open houses that the average agent does", he says. "Attracting that audience is crucial."
It all comes down to service, dedication and a deep understanding of both people and the market.
